Aloha! I'm Ana, a Big Island tattoo artist at Electric Jungle Tattoo in downtown Pahoa, Hawaii. I specialize in custom tattoos, with a focus on black and grey illustrative realism, and sketch work. It’s my passion to create meaningful, high quality tattoos that will last a lifetime.

About Me
I was born and raised in Vermont, where I completed my apprenticeship under Dana Morse. I was officially licensed in early 2015 and have been tattooing in professional tattoo shops ever since.
As a child I was always drawing and had a naturally high artistic aptitude and interest. Guided by my highly talented mother, elementary and high school art teachers my skills grew with me through the years.
My apprenticeship was very well rounded, leaving me proficient in various styles of tattooing. Grey scale or color, fat or fine line, smooth gradients or stipple shading, I've got you covered. My weapon of choice when drawing growing up was always a good old No. 2 pencil, so my "style" has settled in the realm of Illustrative Realism tattoos, mostly black and grey work. Recently I've been delving into Sketchwork tattoos and am loving the process of refining my skills in this new style. I’m most fond of tattooing natural elements such as skulls, anything botanical, critters and creepy crawlies, but I do love a classic traditional flash tattoo or even some geometric work.
Over the past few years I have lived and tattooed in several places across the States, most prominently Hawaii, Colorado, Oregon and Vermont. I first came to Big Island in 2019 and couldn't help but fall in love with this magical piece of the world. I recently joined the team at Electric Jungle Tattoo and can't wait to start this new chapter of my career. When I'm not in the shop you can usually find me somewhere in the jungle with my adventure cat Baghira, dancing, playing with fire, or playing live music with my partner in our band Chaos As Usual.
